Who We Are?

The Regional Center Partnership of Somerset County, Inc. is a non-profit public/private partnership that brings together the vision and planning of three communities, the county, various non-profit agencies, and the private sector to work collaboratively together to guide development and investment.

The Regional Center Partnership provides the coordinated planning framework to achieve the goal of improving the identity and functionality of the Regional Center, the quality of life for residents, and creating a favorable environment for business. This helps fulfill the State Development and Redevelopment’s goals for the Regional Center as a formally designated “regional center.”

Voting membership on the Board of the Partnership includes elected and appointed officials from the three communities: the Somerset County government, the Somerset County Business Partnership, the Somerset County Park Commission, and members representing the private and institutional sectors.

The Regional Center Partnership provides leadership, technical support, and assistance to shape planning policies that ensure that the Regional Center continues to be the premier location in Somerset County to live, work, play, and visit.
